If you are less players on the day of your venue than originally planned, you can ask for a gift voucher equal to the difference between the amount paid and the amount due for the actual number of players present in the room on the day of your venue. For example, if you are 5 players instead of 6 in Submarine Bunker, your gift voucher will have a value equal to the difference between 180€ and 175€, which is 5€. This gift voucher will be valid one year as from its expedition date. No reimbursement will be incurred.

It is not required to inform us previously by email before your game if you are less players than planned.

No refunds will be made in the event of your cancellation or no-show. We only allow postponements of sessions, details of which are given below according to your situation.

Your request for postponement is made:

• minimum 14 days before your session: you can reschedule without any extra fees by clicking on the "view/change my booking" button in your confirmation email.


• between 13 and 7 days before your session: 30€ extra fees to be paid on the spot on your next visit.


• between 6 days and 72 hours before your session: 60€ extra fees to be paid on the spot on your next visit.

• less than 24 hours before your session: No postponement possible, your reservation cannot be postponed.

Our puzzles are quite elaborated and destined to a public over the age of 16 years old.

Players aged between 16 and 18 years old: The presence of an adult player is mandatory during the whole adventure.

Players under the age of 16 years old: The groups composed of children under 16 years old and only one adult are not allowed to play.

Groups of several adults and children of all ages are allowed to play, the purchase of a ticket is mandatory from the age of 5. Children also count towards the maximum number of players per room.

The missions Botanist Manor, Submarine Bunker and Tokyo Lab have a difficulty rate of 4/5 and are slightly easier than the mission The White House, which has a difficulty rate of 5/5.

However, this difficulty rate is only an indicator and is naturally relative depending on the groups.

Moreover, a person dedicated to your group (Game Master) will be monitoring you through the cameras and mics in order to give you some clues if you face some difficulties. Therefore, there is no need to worry, everything will go well even if you don’t have yet any experience in Escape Games.

Our missions take place on 100m2 each and have a difficulty level between 4/5 and 5/5, which is why we accept a minimum of 3 players per adventure.

If you are very experienced players and still wish to play the mission with just the two of you, we can exceptionally accept but you will have to book the mission online through our minimum fee for a group of 3 players. It is not required to inform us previously by email before your game if you are in that situation.

The maximum number of players is:
- 7 players in Submarine Bunker
- 6 players in Botanist Manor, The White House and Tokyo Lab
